Photographs of and relating to George A. Pettibone, an Idaho minor and leader of the Western Federation Miners (WFM)labor organization, who was implicated in the 1905 assassination of Idaho governor Frank Steunenberger, along with William Haywood and Charles Moyer of the WFM. The photographs were taken circa 1895-1908 and include images of Pettibone and his store in Denver, Colo., where the WFM operated during the late 1890s; Pettibone's wife; and portraits of Haywood and Moyer. Also include postcards collected and received by Pettibone.
